Co-authored monetization that generated 40k+ EUR in 3 months, initiated the Google Cloud partnership (50k USD credits), and led migration from Anthropic to Gemini. Drives company-wide AI adoption — internal guidelines, Cursor workshops, and a vibe-coding hackathon.

Product owner of AskYourData (enterprise RAG on Azure AI) and LLM Gateway (multi-provider proxy with observability, governance, guardrails). Closed the first international deal — 100k+ EUR with a Swedish construction engineering firm. Led the engineering team on the Czech Parliamentary Elections prediction model, distributed commercially to Seznam Zprávy. EU AI Act compliance work with DENTONS, plus technical pre-sales across pharma, telco, banking, insurance, automotive, logistics and the public sector. Appointed by the CAIO to lead internal AI adoption across the org.

Owned end-to-end product for an ecosystem of 21 kids-edutainment apps (Lipa Zoo, Lipa Eggs, Lipa Band…) with 400k+ installs. Unified everything under a single platform, simplified monetization, and prepped EU re-launch with a UK marketing agency.

Co-founded one of the first EU platforms turning home cooks into micro-entrepreneurs in Stockholm. €650k pre-seed, MVP built and scaled, 2,500+ meals delivered, 34 chefs onboarded, last-mile partnership with Gordon Delivery.

Built a React Native app for maintenance workers streaming real-time washing-machine data through Azure for live monitoring and diagnostics.
